ChemLab.cc is the internet presence of the Analytical Services Group at UMPQUA Research Company (URC). We specialize in performing highly accurate and timely chemical and microbiological analyses of Drinking Water and Environmental Samples. We have been certified by the EPA for Drinking Water analysis since the inception of the program under the Safe Drinking Water Act. We primarily serve the Pacific Northwestern United States, including Alaska, but have customers as far away as Thailand and Korea. Our highly motivated team of professionals looks forward to meeting your analytical needs.
Our Analytical Services team also supports ongoing research and development activities conducted by our Engineering and R&D personnel. Our Engineering Services Group designs and manufactures flight hardware for water purification and disinfection aboard the Space Shuttle and the International Space Station. The Research & Development arm of URC provides innovative solutions in the areas of advanced analytical instrumentation, air and water purification, microbial control methods, materials science, and advanced life support for manned space flight.
